This settlement resolves claims that these entities infringed Kreindler’s copyrighted works. While the amount paid to settle is confidential, all agree they will no longer sell items that infringe Kreindler's IP.
This settlement—along with four other recent settlements and two Copyright Claims Board suits against GenXPhotoshop and Great Custom Stuff—send a message that those that unlawfully copy and sell infringing items of Kreindler's works do so at their own risk.

Graig Kreindler and Lesko Law LLC are happy to announce another pre-suit settlement in their efforts to eliminate items that infringe Kreindler’s copyrights. This most recent settlement resolves claims against card artist Dr. Dunk.
“Dr. Dunk utilized the heart of two of Kreindler’s works in creating his infringing cards,” Paul Lesko of Lesko Law LLC stated. “Therefore, getting a win here is a big deal.”
Although the payment terms under this settlement are confidential, Dr. Dunk and eBay store Art Hype agree that they will no longer make or sell works that infringe the intellectual property of Graig Kreindler.

Additionally, Lesko Law LLC filed a lawsuit today, June 9, 2025, at the Copyright Claims Board on behalf of Kreindler against Brock Pugh d/b/a Great Custom Stuff. This lawsuit alleges that the defendant sold nine trading cards that infringed a number of Kreindler’s registered works.
This most recent settlement and lawsuit—along with a prior settlement with ACTENORE and the separate, recently-filed lawsuit at the Copyright Claims Board against Don Munns d/b/a GenXPhotoshop—send a message that those that unlawfully sell copies of Kreindler's works on platforms such as eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Amazon, and Temu do so at their own risk.
