Graig Kreindler and Lesko Law LLC are happy to announce a pre-suit settlement with ACTENORE. This settlement resolves claims that ACTENORE infringed Kreindler’s copyrighted works by selling unlicensed copies of Kreindler’s work.
Notably, this settlement was reached prior to filing an actual lawsuit.
Although the payment terms under this settlement are confidential, ACTENORE agrees that it will no longer sell any works of Graig Kreindler.
This settlement—and the separate, recently-filed lawsuit at the Copyright Claims Board against Don Munns d/b/a GenXPhotoshop—sends a message that those that unlawfully sell copies of Kreindler's works—even on platforms such as eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Amazon, and Temu—do so at their own risk.
